Chromatica is an independent urban art brand. We handle physical orders with the same attention we put into the objects themselves—from individual sticker packs and books to numbered City Series editions.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. During launches, limited drops or unusually busy periods, preparation may take a little longer. If that happens, we communicate it clearly.
BUILT DIFFERENT. PACKED ACCORDINGLY.
Books, stickers, digital products and limited wood or slate editions need different protection. We choose the packaging for the object—not the easiest standard box.

Available shipping methods and their prices are calculated for your destination and shown before payment at checkout. The total can depend on delivery country, parcel dimensions, weight and product mix.
02 Will I receive tracking?+
If the selected shipping method includes tracking, the tracking link is sent to the email address used for your order as soon as the carrier data is available. Some low-cost letter services may not include end-to-end tracking.
03 What about customs and import charges?+
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties or handling fees. These charges are set by the destination country and, unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, are the recipient’s responsibility.
04 Can one order arrive in separate packages?+
Yes. Products can have different formats, production routes or fulfilment locations. When splitting an order protects the products or speeds up dispatch, individual items may arrive separately.
05 My parcel is delayed or damaged—what now?+
Check the tracking first, then contact us with your order number. For visible damage, keep the packaging and send clear photos of the parcel and product so we can review the case with you.
06 Can I change my delivery address?+
Contact us immediately. We can only change an address before the order has been processed or handed to the carrier. Once dispatched, an address change can no longer be guaranteed.
