This Chromatica City Series collector edition translates the contrast between Barcelona’s bright Mediterranean surface and its underground transit world into a physical urban-art object: an original full side-view Metro train illustration laser-engraved into genuine black slate.

The light engraving lifts the technical train artwork from the dark stone, while natural broken edges, mineral texture and subtle surface differences make every plaque visibly individual. The Barcelona Edition is strictly limited to 25 pieces worldwide.

Every Barcelona slate plaque is individually numbered on the reverse from 01/25 to 25/25 and supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity. The fixed edition size makes this a closed City Series collector release rather than an unlimited decor item.

NATURAL BLACK SLATE

The artwork is engraved into natural black slate in an approximately 30 × 20 cm landscape format. Surface texture, edge shape, stone tone and engraving brightness can vary slightly from piece to piece. These natural differences are part of the material and make each plaque unique.
