This Chromatica City Series collector edition turns Berlin’s raw urban atmosphere into a physical urban-art object: a detailed side-view train illustration permanently laser-engraved into genuine black slate.

The light engraving creates a strong contrast against the dark stone, while natural broken edges and subtle variations in texture make each plaque slightly different. The Berlin Edition is strictly limited to 25 pieces.

Every Berlin slate plaque is individually numbered on the reverse from 01/25 to 25/25 and supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity. The strict 25-piece cap makes this a closed collector edition rather than an unlimited decor product.

NATURAL BLACK SLATE

The complete artwork is engraved into genuine natural black slate in an approximately 30 × 20 cm landscape format. Surface texture, edge shape, color tone and engraving appearance can vary slightly from piece to piece. Those natural differences are part of the material and make each plaque an individual object.

The centerpiece is an original Chromatica side-view interpretation of a Berlin train, framed within the visual system of the City Series.
