Transparent areas of your PNG remain unprinted, allowing the selected billboard color to stay visible as part of the final object.

PRINT FILE REQUIREMENTS

Please provide a finished, print-ready artwork file after placing your order.

• File format: PNG
• Background: transparent
• Print format: 19 × 10 cm
• Resolution: minimum 150 dpi
• Minimum pixel size: approx. 1122 × 591 px
• Higher resolution: recommended where available

Important: Chromatica does not provide artwork creation or image editing as part of this product.

We do not create graffiti names, lettering or logos and do not crop, retouch, vectorize, remove backgrounds from or redesign submitted artwork.

Your file must be supplied ready to print. If the submitted file does not meet the requirements, production will be paused until a suitable replacement file is received.

PRODUCTION TIME

Production normally takes 1–2 business days after a valid print-ready artwork file has been received and checked.

Production cannot begin until a suitable artwork file is available.

Every Custom Billboard is individually produced using the artwork supplied by you.

Because this is a personalized, made-to-order product, returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please submit only artwork that you created yourself or for which you have the necessary rights and permissions.

Do not submit protected trademarks, logos, copyrighted characters or third-party artwork unless you are authorized to reproduce them.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to use and reproduce the supplied design.
